After office hour ends, I went to attend the Control Charts 101 workshop organized by Agile Malaysia at ServiceRocket Plaza Sentral. At first I thought it was in 3rd floor but it is actually at 5th floor when I see the Peatix venue as below.
Well, I was being one of the "I don't do anything but I'm curious" guy upon arrived to their office as below.
The event start at 7pm but I arrived around 6.45pm since my current office is near to their office as below.

Around 7pm a organizer came and there are sushi being served for our dinner. (FREE Food again! Yay!) Next, Mr Tze Chin Tang started shared some insight and followed by Azwandi Mohd Aris, product manager of ServiceRocket to present the Lean + Six Sigma as below.
The Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram about cause and effect suddenly make me recall
Ms Jenny Liew teaching when I was in Penang as below.
However, I'm not so sure about the Pareto Diagram. The next speaker is Mr Yuen-Chi Lian, engineering manager of ServiceRocket shared about his management experience.
Suddenly I just recall about those
Kaizen (改善) , Kanban related stuff shared by Mr Chong during the
SAP course back in Penang when I saw the slides as below.
Besides, I also recall something about the TQM resources back in Penang when saw the slide as below.
Overall it is great sharing and something it just make me recall a lot of memories and stuff I study the
SAP back in Penang although it might sounds useless for some people. Around 9pm I make a move from there and took train back home. Somehow I just have a lot of thought about the
"car" issue. In fact, I felt headache, especially when it is related to money after heard too much opinion in life. Maybe I just waiting people
"donate" me money? Good night.
