In the end, I have my dinner at Nando's Nu Sentral and finally can

After that, I decided to go to
MPH Bookstore Nu Sentral to look for the Cock & Bull Of The Real Estate Industry book by Enoch Khoo from the computer instead of wasting 1 hour as below.
In the end, I couldn't find and ask the help from the staff at the counter.
The staff guided me to the finance section and I finally found the Read Cock & Bull book that is sealed as below.
Somehow I don't feel like buying the book for RM36.80 as I gain some opinion from people. However, I still want to read the book and suddenly have a thought that I could ask the staff to unseal the Read Cock & Bull book for me just like how I read the FREE book when I was in
Foyles Bookstore London back in 2013. At first read of the introduction I was shock to get to know the author' RM100,000 loan from his parent's employees provident fund (EPF) got scammed as below.
Besides, it is true that you need to understand your income chain as below.
Overall it is great a great book to read as I understand the hardship being a Real Estate Negotiator (REN) mentioned in the book.
Moreover, I also like the author keep putting positive thought in his writing as he mentioned
"At the end of the day, you will still face many rejections no matter how good you are, keep your chin up and move on, tomorrow will always be better" as below.
At the end, I just returned the book that the staff unseal for me after I had spend about 45 minute read the whole book that worth RM36.80 as she must be thinking that I am another "cheapskate customer" in someway. During the moment at the train, I just have some thought again. I feel that one thing that is fair in this world is all of us have the same 24 hour everyday. Besides, if you are writing 10 ideas a day, that's 3,650 ideas a year. Nobody can come up with 3,650 good ideas a year. Someone who is a creative genius coming up with non-stop ideas might come up with a handful (less than 10) really good ideas and maybe slightly more (less than 100), decent ideas and the rest are probably bad ideas.
Part of the idea of this exercise is give yourself permission to come up with bad ideas. To love yourself by recognizing that nobody is perfect. If you are a perfectionist, you will never come up with good ideas. You have to love yourself enough to come up with bad ideas and still be happy and confident. If you wait for inspiration, you will never come up with good ideas. Inspiration is not like lightning. It doesn’t strike. It’s always there, like a deep well.
