Today's morning I'm having an event at "11th Jalan". Somehow I just noticed my own personalities when I meet real people in real life. The feeling is totally different when compared to just face the computer screen everyday. Somehow I do saw Ms J there and just feel so coincidence. Besides, I also saw "23" again. Upon arrived home, I'm grateful for my mother's home cook meal. Later on the night, I finally found the answer that I had been looking for after almost 2 years past. Seriously writing this post required immense of courage and strength to "connect my dots" and the January 2014 case. I remember when I back from UK, I faced some problem about job. For now, I finally get some constructive feedback about "Zalora, Lazada, Foodpanda and EasyTaxi From Rocket Internet Job Interview" blog post from Jar Jar after 1 and 10 month past to be precise. This proves that it is just a matter of time to find out the reason behind.
I will never forget his/her comment stated below.

I joined one of the mentioned company in Malaysia as "Intern" but my initial intention was looking for a full-time position. I was job hunting for 5 months upon my graduation and desperately needed a job as I have to start repay my student loan. Why I ended up with Intern? Here what the country manager of that time told me, you are just a fresh graduate, I do not know how far you could go and what you could offer. RM750 allowance offered, I took it, challenge accepted. Compare to the current scale, back then these company was completely unknown to the market and some of my friends even worried for the decision I made because I could be wasting my time for few months getting nothing (Scam and etc).
My progress, 1st month (RM750), 2nd (RM750), 3rd (RM1000), 4th (RM2000), 5th (RM2200), 7th (RM2500). When I am almost one year with the company, the pay was around (RM3000), Second year (3,500), while my last year with the company i am getting paid 5k holding a managerial position, which is my third year with the company. I considered myself fortunate being entrusted by the MDs and director, important tasks were delegate to me and I could make decision on my own. I made mistake, I fuckup, I stressed, overwhelmed, work around the clock. But I gained so much and hardly the same experience and knowledge you could get from a typical MNC. Anyway, I left the company couple months back exploring further opportunity.
Long story short, challenge makes you growth, criticism could be constructive. Of course, you can get a good entry position in a bank for RM2500 - RM2800 but a starting good pay doesnt guarantee a good career progression. My decision looks shady in the beginning but I am glad for the path I took.
I gone through few of your post, I'm actually graduate from TARC and SHU as well, major in Marketing. :-)
To be honest, the SHU certificate wasnt our selling point because employer doesnt really emphasis on that. For the interview I had with Rocket Internet, he didnt spend much time and look into my resume and of course the stacks of qualification I presented as well. We had major of our education in TARC/TARUC and the module are deliberately recognise as local standard (Dont get me wrong this is not something bad). Academically, it is not the same referring to someone who study abroad for the full course and you would notice the differences if you have the chance to work around them.
You have interviewed plenty of E-Commerce venture and sorry for asking but have you ever reveal your blogging background to them? For me, this is your unique selling point and even something you could use to bargain for a higher salary. You could start with a social Media Specialist, when the opportunity arise, diverse yourself into SEM, SEO and then become expert in online marketing.

Somehow I do have some thought such as wondering whether "the truth is most of the girls that you see already taken as you grown older. The only things left now is work harder to earn more money to impress girls? A matured rich guys is a very attractive person that most of the girls want" in life. Besides, I hope I can learn the basic Japanese language in two week time. On the other hand, I just feel myself "kena" get cheated by "Xardpow" as they reset all my accumulated point from 80,000 as it become 2,200 now. They founder just say that I didn't bother to login as they posted in their news feed with this rules and regulation. Moreover, I just know he pay other blogger RM150 per post while myself get nothing and I even pay RM10 to boost post the post myself. In the end, I helped to gain 60+ new referral for him and now he say won't even consider give me the KFC voucher. In fact, I felt myself a bit like "beggar" for asking whether can at least give me the Starbucks card.
It is because I already done so many thing for his startup for FREE and get nothing while others blogger get something. I can post all the full chat log here as evidence but just don't want to defame people. Afterall, no one will really believe what. For now, I start to understand how the reality works. Over time, I tried to create value for others people by providing FREE first to see the result and people often don't appreciate. NOW, I had understand why people charge first before doing anything. It is just like you pay the bills first before eating instead of eat first and pay later concept. At last, I will always remember to "Accept That Life Was Never Fair To You, Never Is, And Never Will Be!" sharing by Mr Chan during the Young Entrepreneur's Conference (YEC) 2015 event.
Below is the key important factor lesson that I learn from his sharing when you ask yourself "Why my life is so screwed up again?"
Lesson Learned.
1) Most self made millionaires and billionares are likely came from poor family.
2) Decision must be Precise and Timing.
3) Accept that life was never fair to you, never is and Never Will Be!
What happened when you accept life is not fair?
1) You stop complaining!
2) You work Harder!
3) You will focus your energy on your goal/dream!
4) You don't compare with others but only yourself!
5) You don't expect any help, if there is any then it will be bonus!
6) You will continue learning and be humble!
7) You start to acquire all positive traits and qualities.
The road to success is not easy as we see.
At last, I end my post with the Artist animation video below.
