Today I woke up at 6.30pm and it is my 2nd day of work. During the morning, I went to refill my car's petrol for RM41.09 and start to wonder whether it is worth to drive to Asia Jaya from Klang. The full tank of my car's Myvi would be 403km as shown in the meter and the journey from my house to office would take about 35km single way. The alternative way is I can take the train from Klang KTM to KL Sentral (RM3.60) and change to Asia Jaya LRT (RM2) from there as the fare would be much more cheaper than driving. Somehow I saw the traffic already jam before reaching the toll I guess I need to sit back train or move to KL rent a room to stay soon. (Total jam 1 hour)
Around 8.50pm I arrived Asia Jaya and managed to find a cheaper parking place for RM5 instead of RM6 like yesterday as below.
This colleague is actually shared by one of my colleague yesterday.

During the morning, we have Thosai and other Indian food as our breakfast.
Apparently I already start to wonder what breakfast we will have for tomorrow as they will provide different breakfast everyday. After that, I just read through the handbook, code of conduct and figuring out how to do the time sheet while handling my registration related information to the HR. After that, I have an opportunity to get teach by my supervisor on how to create FB ads in a more systematic way. Seriously it is my first time to learn those social media related skills from others people and I just realized that I was not always right since no one guide me on how to create a better ads previously as I execute it by own's research and exploration. The feeling is great to learn from senior and being a junior once again. This would definitely enhance my skills and build my fundamental from beginner level.

There is one thing I would never forget shared from my supervisor is "If you keep afraid/worry things gone wrong/fail, then don't do digital marketing" as I finally realized that actually everyone learn from mistake or trial and error. There is no such thing as 100% perfect and guarantee result. If someone tell you they can guarantee you 100% to get something, I would start doubt with what he/she/agency promised is credible or not. For now, I hope I can master the programmatic advertising skills in a faster way and I was happy that the company willing to train me even if I said that I have no skills at all. The feelings is like "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime" quotes. At some point I do felt like going back to "data entry" role like my past but it is more challenging especially you're spending really huge budget of money. I believe this "change" really changes my life in someway and it is good to have nothing to lose feelings.

I told myself that worst come to worst, I still have my own survival skills even if I get sacked or jobless as someone asked me why I don't wait until have bonus next year only resign at my previous company. No doubt I do have felt a little not worthy to leave before bonus but I think it is essential for me to learn fast by failing as time waits no man. During the afternoon, we have our lunch at Nandos Jaya One and it is a good experience. Around 6.30pm I make a move from office but it seems that the traffic is still very jammed. Hence, I walked back to office to play the pool. Unfortunately someone is playing and I shall play next time. The working culture seems to be like Western culture which similar like those Google company that create fun working environment. Up to this moment I still haven face any issue yet since it is just my 2nd day of working. Around 7.10pm I make a move from office but the traffic is still jammed in someway.

Finally I arrived home at 8.40pm and still manage to have my home cook food dinner prepared by mother.
Later on, I went to pay my CIMB credit card as it is my first time. On the other hand, I saw Uber incentives had drop to RM18.00/hr now for everyday and no longer have those RM20~RM28 per hour liao. There are many more requirement like "You earned less than RM600 in fares this week, and therefore qualified for Tier 2 Peak Hour Guarantees!" to follow which resulted driver earning less money. Guess this is the reason why a lot Uber driver changed to Grabcar. Anyways, tomorrow the taxi driver might have rally ongoing to protest about rides sharing apps. Asean Summit will be held tomorrow and a lot of roadblock. Hence, I might choose to take train to work tomorrow. Before I end my post, I would like to share a meaningful quotes which is "Change is difficult, not changing is fatal" as below.
I realized the society is full of noise and no one really will notice what a person do. We're coming from different background and I believe everyone is trying hard to be a positive person no matter how hard the day is in Malaysia.
Stay happy and positive!
=)
