Exclusive Christmas Gingerbread Making Session (圣诞佳节特备创意美味餐点) @ The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf TTDI Experience

This morning I have an opportunity to experience the journey of joy for the upcoming Christmas festival with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CB&TL) at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) Kuala Lumpur. Around 10.10am I make a move from home and the road's traffic is quite jam while I was on the way to TTDI via Batu Tiga Plaza toll.
I managed to arrive there in time by 11am and it is my first time to drive to this area. I registered myself at the counter and there is quite a number of people arrived.
Then I took some picture around the environment and it looks great.
I like the design of the Christmas surprise sample, German Stollen, Classic Christmas Log, Sugar n' Chai Cheesecake and the marvellous Scottish-inspired Dundee Fruit Cake.
The exclusive Christmas menu is developed by award winning chef Johnny Loh.

I like the Christmas Gingerbread and Ginger dough house looks cute.
Gingerbread is a sweet food-product flavored with ginger and typically using honey or molasses rather than just sugar according to Wikipedia. Upon seated, one of the staff asked me what drinks that I would like to order and I decided to try out the latest Red Velvet Iced Chocolate instead of Iced Latte chocolate pepermint from the Holiday Dreamin' menu while reading the event's details.
Well, it is my first time drink pink colour chocolate drinks and the taste is actually same with normal's chocolate drink.
The different is only the colour as it is only available during Christmas season.
Around 11.30am the event is started with the welcoming and introduction
Then it is followed by opening speech from Ms Fiona Rodrigues.

Next, Johnny Loh Chef shared the way on how to make a gingerbread together with a blogger.
I just get to know that the newly made dough need to leave 1 day to change its shape before can start to bake it.
After that, we can design our own jolly gingerbread man and I just waited my turn since there is quite a lot of people.
Well, I like the making Gingerbread session and felt great for my very own unique "RL" (Reload Food) ginger bread version. (Anyone want buy for RM30? Haha)
The refreshment is being served after that and I get the chance to taste all the cake and dessert.

At the end of session, a group of bloggers Malaysia picture is taken.
Around 12.45pm I make a move from there as I need to rush to the next venue at Japan Club society (日本人会) near Mid Valley area. Overall I am happy to make my very own Christmas Gingerbread and grateful to receive the door gift from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf cafe.
