During the night, I drove Mr Aki to 1 Utama shopping mall for a visits as we decided to have our dinner at Coco Ichibanya Curry House (壱番屋), Japanese restaurant when he shared the founder of this Japanese restaurant story with me. Well, this curry business have been operated since 30 years ago back in Japan and the founder spent his lifetime thinking on how to improve his restaurant. Fast forward after few decade of time we're able to taste it. Apparently I do have an opportunity to review about this restaurant on the past during
#MakanMakan Food Hunt Bloggers event but I asked my friend to go behalf on me since I was working on that day. Upon arrival at 1 Utama shopping centre, we faced some hard time to find the location and finally found after walking for 30 minutes.
I decided to sit at the round table as the space looks big.
The waiter don't allow us at first to change place but agreed to let us change after some time.
During the moment when looking through the menu, it seems that the price is kinda expensive for curry since we can get curry for about RM5~RM10 in Malaysia's food dish.
There is few different level of spicy you can choose from and I just select level 2 spicy.
Anyways, we ordered the Salad Set A for RM6.50, Omelet Pork Cut for RM26.50, Omelet Clam and Tomato for RM28 as our dinner. Somehow I just felt that the green tea is quite expensive as it cost RM9 per bottle and we decided to have plain water for FREE as our drinks.
All the food is being served within 15 minute of waiting time.
The taste of my omelet pork cut curry is nice as the spicy level is just okay for me as I had finished all of the food including the sauce.
The total bill cost for RM67.50 and I was treated by Mr Aki.

Overall it is a great experience to try it once in a life time at this famous Coco Ichibanya curry house (壱番屋) if you haven try Japanese curry before. After that, we continue to walk around there as I become a "Tour Guide" in someway. Indeed it is great experience to have a Japan friend in someway and I'm grateful to able to go the
Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur (日本人会) near Mid Valley today.
