Today is kinda rush in someway again. Somehow my supervisor finally said that I seems like always rush back home recently and leave office hour on time. Apparently I have some appointment later on at The Scott Garden. It took me about 1 hour to "jam" until reach there and the GPS in Waze seems to be not really accurate. Anyways, I managed to reach at 7.20pm and just parked nearby.
O was grateful to have a food review opportunity from Palsaik Samgyupsal (팔색삼겹살) Korean BBQ restaurant. I walked up to the restaurant at 2nd floor.
After meet up with one of the staff, I took some picture around the restaurant and kinda like the interior design of the environment.
The space is spacious and can fit at least 100 people I guess.
Apparently I was waiting some online friend to arrive since I couldn't finish the meal if I come alone.

The staff introduced me some of the specialty of the Korean food from the food menu which is the 8 flavour girlled pork (八色烤肉) and there is 3 set to choose from as below.
1) Set for 2 persons - Comes with Set + Seafood soup + vegetables for RM108
2) Set for 2-4 persons - Comes with Set + Seafood soup + vegetables for RM128
3) Set for 3-4 persons - Comes with Set + Seafood soup + vegetables for RM158
It is recommend to choose the set 3 which is the set meal served with pork belly aged in 8 different ingredients and grilled deodeok (Lanceolate) root and tasty kimchi but we ordered set 2 and set 3. Besides, I just ordered Honey Citrus as my drink and it is being served within 5 minute waiting time.
After some moment, a friend, Mr Jiun arrived and he shared with me some photography skills. I asked him to help me take some picture and learned the advantage of using manual function as the picture taken below is taken with adjusted ISO, aperture and shutter speed.
Guess it is kind a true that skill in taking photography is kinda important in someway. After some moment, Mr Bryan arrived and we asked the staff to serve the Korean dinner. All of us are having a plate of salad as started with some side dishes.
The specialty of the kimchi here is divided into two which is normal kimchi and special Premium Kimchi. The taste of the premium kimchi is nice.
After that, we'red being served with a pot of seafood soup.
The colour of the soup start to change when it boiled for some time.
Besides, the cold kimchi can be eaten in another way which is by cooking it.
Somehow I still prefer cold kimchi than hot kimchi. Then the staff start to grill the original pork with some needle mushroom. Four types of different vegetables is provided and you can keep refill.
Thanks to one of the staff who help us cook the food. The original taste is awesome and it is best to eat together with the scallop that imported from Korea.
I was told that the Lanceolate Root is actually some sort of expensive food that is being served to Royal family on the past in Korea. It seems like some sort of sea cucumber and it taste nice when wrapped together with the pork meat and vegetables.
The excessive oil and waste will be pour into this hole just beside the steel grilled plate.
Finally the main dish is being served which is the 8 flavour pork belly (八色烤肉)
We was told that you need to eat it by following the sequence which is from Ginseng (人参), Wine (红酒), Pine Leaves (松叶), Garlic (大蒜), Herb(花草), Curry (咖哩), Miso Paste (大酱) and Hot (辣椒酱) with no added sauce to taste the original taste of the grilled pork.
The first four flavour I taste is Ginseng (人参), Wine (红酒), Pine Leaves (松叶) and Garlic (大蒜) and I like Ginseng the most and wine taste the second.
After some moment, another friend, Mr Tan who was also a photographer arrived with his girlfriend to join us for this dinner since it is quite a lot as there is another pot of seafood soup is being served.
Then the staff continue to grill the Herb(花草), Curry (咖哩), Miso Paste (大酱) and Hot spicy sauce (辣椒酱) grill pork.
I like the curry grilled pork the most among the another four taste.
As for the remaining soup that we left on the seafood soup pot, you can order a plate of cheese rice and the staff will cook it with the soup.
I'm happy to see the cooking process of cheese rice.
The taste of the cheese rice is taste like Pizza or some pancake with cheese which is quite nice to eat.
Overall it is a very good experience to dine in there and it is my first time to taste so many flavour out of a grilled pork. Moreover, the price is consider cheap if you come with a few friend. Imagine all the food that you saw above just cost RM238 before service charge and GST where you can eat together with 8 people (RM30++ each person) if you order extra rice. Below is the details of Palsaik Korean BBQ Malaysia 팔색삼겹살 at the Scott Garden branch.

Seriously you must come to try this once in a lifetime if you can eat pork dish. It is truly an authentic Korean restaurant where the boss is from Korea and most of the ingredient is import from Korea. Around 10.30pm I make a move from there and back home. Somehow I do think a lot about some personal stuff. Whenever I eat Korea food, I would think about "someone" in someway. How are you today? Hope you're well. Good night. Truly tired and having some emotional feelings upon finish writing this blog post. I shall be happy because can eat so many good food recently just like the Mongolian food yesterday. Stay positive!
=)
