Today (1st March 2016), I’m going to have my 1st Ramadhan buffet for year 2016. Not typo, it is really Ramadan buffet XD. Actually it’s a buffet review invitation by Sime Darby Convention Centre for their incoming TASTE OF MALAYSIA Ramadhan buffet starts in June 2016 (3 months to go).
The event was from 1130am-2pm. As I reached early (11am), I got the chance to watch the preparation of food and booths.

Finally 11.30am, and I got this file after registration, basically are some introduction of the buffet theme and list of 4 menus. And so I enter the hall room and find a seat.

There’s special food display booth for the media to take photo, so I also took some.
Ok, time to go to check on non-display food.
Pretty food art.
Roti canai is tasted not bad.
Assam laksa is too spicy for me.
Rendang ayam, no beef.
Chinese food stall is my favorite <3 nbsp="" p="">

For steamboat only? No, it’s wasted, let me show u how to eat.
1st, choose your prawns and some other side dishes like sotong, mushroom, fishballs etc, DIY in steamboat style.
Then, select the sauce, soy or sweet and sour.
Then pass to the chef and request to cook in sizzling style.
Prepare to eat! Yummy!
Their chicken rice is superb too!
Desserts time!!
Mini dark chocolate cake and cheese fruit tart is nice.
Long time no eat fried ice cream, cold and hot.
