After the office hour end, I saw my email and SMS from
Bfab apps notifying me that I have an upcoming Hot Stone Massage at Armonie Wellness center located in Subang Jaya area.
After that, I just drove to there using Waze apps and having my dinner at Ampang Homeland Yong Tau Foo restaurant. After I had my dinner, I walked to the Armonie Wellness center for the appointment. At first I find it is quite hard to locate the place because there is no signboard around. I phoned and asked the staff as they told me that it is actually located inside the De Touch, face and body slimming studio center at the top floor.
When I reached the upstairs, the founder shared that they're actually sharing the place with De Touch.
Upon walking in, you can see the place is actually just quite small with few room as below.
Armonie Wellness is a 100% bumiputera wellness center that is focus on Bekam (hijamma) & Authentic Malay Massage with less price yet high quality services. It is actually owned by the local instead of foreigner and the masseuse have over 14 year old experience in the industry. Before the hot stone massage start, you need to fill up a form whether you had any illness such as heart problem as you need to inform the person in charge. After that, I just change my pants to the short boxer provided in the room.
Then you can ask the masseuse to come in and then she will heat up the hot stone in order to start the massage with essential oil on my back.
The process last for an hour and it looks something similar like the picture below.
The benefits of hot stone massage is as follow.

On the other hand, I learned a new knowledge where she shared to me that if you have girlfriend who are having stress from work, you can help your girlfriend by massage her shoulder as she will feel more relive and very happy after that. As for guys, you can massage the back of the kidney part because that the pinpoint of stress for guys. After the hot stone massage session end, you will be served with a tea.
