During the night, I was
waiting the KPJ hospital to approve the LHP operation if the AIA approves my medical card. Around 7.30pm the phone rings and the hospital staff told me that my insurance agency did not approve my medical as they need to investigate something. However, she told me that if I want to proceed, I need to pay a certain of amount as deposit first before the doctor can do the operation while waiting the AIA to approve my AIA medical although I already bought the ING medical card insurance few year ago. It is because the ING Insurance has been changed to AIA since AIA bought over ING company. I guess it is because they ING didn't report that I admitted to hospital back in 2011 due to
food poisoning in Arunamari Specialist Medical Centre Hospital. (Lucky I got blog about it last time and can read back now after 4 years ago?) Seriously I was feeling quite sad when I heard that my medical card is not approved due to investigation.
Suddenly I have the thought of
"Sorry, Your LIFE Is Not Important If You Have No MONEY" when the phone ring off. Frankly speaking, I'm not come from a rich family background and RM6,000~RM9,000 is quite a lot of money for myself to fork out. In fact, I don't wish to use my credit card to swipe for it although I my "backside" is still in pain. Anyways, my father fetched me to Manipal Hospitals Klang (previously known as Arunamari Hospital) and there is no doctor available at night for the surgeon department as below.
Anyways, they told me to come back tomorrow and I just went to the nearby Dr Lee to get some anti painkiller pills for RM30 as below.
Upon arrived home, I just took some porridge as my dinner before taking the pills as below.
Somehow Ms JasJas Teoh's boyfriend phoned me about the issue.
He told me actually this kind of hemorrhoids case is quite minor and told me not to worry much as he had experienced before. Guess the doctor consultation just now is over exaggerate as it will "burst" and somehow I might go to ICU if that thing burst? Furthermore, he say that General Hospital (GH) treatment would cost about RM500 for this kind of treatment but need to wait a long time for appointment. Later on the night, I just have some thought again when looking on this issue. On the other hand, I don't blame the doctor for not treating me at the last after the medical card not approved since hospital need money to survive right?
(Maybe I shall blame the insurance agent for not providing good service when I suddenly need them?) Suddenly I wonder what if would be if there is some serious illness case happened to my parents and suddenly need a big sum of money like RM30,000~RM100,000+ for those serious medical treatment. How would I find those money in a short time? Through this incident, I suddenly have a lot of realization about how important of Money Over Your Health/Life as below.
The reality of world is somehow quite cruel as this could be the reason why some people say "No Money No Talk" although I try not to be so negative. For now, I still having the "pain" and will find a cheaper solution to cure it. There must be a way other way of treatment and I shall stay positive although this is just a small matter to some people, but it has left me a greater thought after this incident.
