After visiting the Under the Windmills event at Eco World Gallery Eco Majestic Semenyih, we use Waze GPS and headed to Bukit Broga Hill which is not far from our departure point. At first it is quite hard to find because I thought it is something like resort as I never came here before. After some moment, I just realized it is something like a normal jungle entrance as I taken some picture as below.
In the end, we didn't went to climb up the hill in the end and just make a move after some moment as below.
As I recall, my last hiking experience is at Peak District Sheffield back in 2013. Anyways, below is the details of Bukit Broga Hill Semenyih and it is just located near to Rabbit Fun Land if you would like to go this place.

Somehow I just have some thought when visiting this place. Perhaps is a sense of "regret" that I didn't follow my classmate to climb this hill back in 2010. Afterall, everyone is moving forward as no one is looking back.

After we visited Bukit Broga Hill (茅草山), we went to the next destination which is Sek Na Tuk Temple (石哪督庙). We pass by the Broga town and finally arrived the Chinese temple at around 4pm as below.
Anyways, I just walk around the temple and took some picture upon my visits there as below.
Sorry for not able to write much feeling here as I don't feel to express much about religious related stuff. I do enjoyed taking picture and experience the moment at here as below.
Here's the mighty "Sun Wu Kong" (孙悟空) from journey to the west movie as below.
There are also some nice scenery of different status decoration as below.
12 types of animal zodiac (十二生肖) as below.
After that, I went to cross the bridge to look for the larger Sun Wu Kong statue as below.
Next, you need to walk up the hill and it took me 20 minute to walk up and take some picture as below.
Here is some view upon arrival to the top.
Well, walking down from the hill is much for easier than walking up as below.
Before going back, you can get some "holy water" from Guan Yin (观音菩萨) as below.
Overall it is a great experience to visits Broga's Sek Na Tuk Temple (武来岸石拿督庙) as below.

There is no menu because the staff said the menu is written on the wall as below.
We just ordered 4 dished but waited for 1 hour for the food to be served as below.
The taste of the fish is so so only but the claypot tofu is nice. The total bill cost for RM65 as below.
Seriously I just dislike waiting too long for the food to be serve as below.
Below is the details of Restaurant Broga Restaurant (武來岸亚答屋海鲜饭店) at Semenyih.

Congratulations To 1st Year Reload Food Blog Anniversary Experience

Today marks the 1st Anniversary of my Reload Food blog after I bought this new domain name since last year 13th August 2014. First of all, I should congrats to myself for able to survive for a year soon after "January Incident 2014" although I'm still not able to find the answer behind up to this moment of writing. Frankly speaking, there is too much happening within 1 year of time frame and no doubt a lot people wish I can close my blog as soon as possible in order to move forward. I believe Facebook also "copy my idea" in someway when they launch the "recall memory newsfeed" function right? (Joking) Anyways, I just feel that blogging is all about writing own experience although you might feel that I no longer the same person as I offered some advertising feature in someway. Well, I felt that not much people will pay for your passion and honestly in life in someway. Moreover, there is always have 2 sides in everything that happened in life.

People often judge others based on their first impression. I thought I can have a second life when I finish research the "do and don't" being a human but it no longer valid when your identity being exposed. Anyways, I'm trying to move forward in my life and finding alternative opportunity to make a living in someway. The feeling is like "I survived but had changed in someway, life is all about earning money to determine how successful you are? Who do I show in the end of the day? 开心就好啦~" as I still finding the answer. During the morning, I'm happy to receive another Google books from "Generating Quality Leads From Google Search" event as below.
Somehow I just have a thought that we become less caring partly because nothing in this world come FREE while I was eating noodle at Mayflower as below.
In short, I just can say we become "mean" in someway and there is no right or wrong.

For instance, I saw a old peanut seller asking around each table for people to buy his item just to make a living. Most of the people just ignored including myself and I just felt bad. This feeling is just like we're living in a "No $$ No Talk" society although I always say's say money is not really a matters and sounds hypocrite in someway. Feel free to check out this colour emotion infography sharing as I found it is quite interesting as below.
During the night, I just have a simple dinner prepared by mother. Over time, I really try to create value for others people but somehow people tends to be selfish in someway. No one would really share their contact on how they get benefits or make money although there is still good people around. Sadly to say that my current feelings is just like the "You're Not Really Truly Happy" (妳不是真正的快乐) song by G.E.M Tang Tsz Kei (邓紫棋) as below.
I just feel that couldn't share so much of things as I grown older, the answer to everything is always start with money unless you come from rich family background. At last, I just congrats to myself again for having 1st year Reload Food (A Growing Teenager Diary Malaysia) blog anniversary although I don't know when I will disappear again.
Cheers~

Fantastic Four (4) Movie @ GSC Nu Sentral Experience

After office hour end, I walked to Nu Sentral shopping mall to walk around after my ex-colleague told me that she couldn't make it for today meet up. Well, I decided to watch Terminator Genisys movie but unfortunately it is not available in GSC Nu Sentral. Anyways, I just have my dinner at Nandos Nu Sentral for my yesterday's 1st Year Reload Food blog anniversary celebration as below.
Seriously I'm really happy when can eat Nandos today as it has been a long time that I didn't really spend so much money on food just to save $$ buy car. After finish eating, I walk up to 5th floor and decided to watch Fantastic Four (4) movie since I already watch Mission Impossible Rogue Nation movie last 2 week as below.
Below is the synopsis of Fantastic Four movie and it's Youtube trailer.
________________________________________
FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
________________________________________
During the moment when watching this movie, it seems like the scene is not really that interesting. However, I do like the teleport machine as I hope I could travel back in time to change something. Anyways, I would rate this movie as 2.5 out of 5 stars as my review. After finish watch the movie, my brother came to fetch me back since he came to fetch his girlfriend back. Well, there is a bad news where my father's sister just past away today. I just feel life is short ad we should treasure everyone in your life. Money doesn't matter anymore when you leave this world.

Later on, I went to my brother house as he want to take something as below.
I just wonder when I would be able to afford to buy a house while I was there. Finally I arrived back home at 11.20pm and my father haven came back as he is still on his sister house as I would visit there tomorrow. On the other hand, I saw my ex-college friend went to Souled Uut cafe Sri Hartamas but I didn't join. Furthermore, there is also other event happening like Tigerbeer fully paid blogger event to Penang but I didn't join too. Over time, I tried to find alternative way to earn extra income when saw our country currency rate seems to be not worth in term of USD exchange as below.
Frankly speaking, this FB account is just a "shield" to test out "something" and I encounter much more failure for every action I do. It is no longer fun or being real in someway after identify being exposed. After all, no one really cares, life still move on, cheers and stay positive.

Father's Sister Funeral @ Nearby Dewan Sukan Pandamaran Experience

Today is a strange day for me. I awaken at 9.35am but sleep back again as I had some dream but I had forgotten what is it about. The moment I woke up again is around 2.35pm and could you imagine I slept almost 12+ hour since yesterday? During the night, my father fetched me to my father's sister house to attend the funeral function. Well, it is not something glory to take picture and what I recall the location is around Dewan Sukan Pandamaran. Well, all of my father's sister children had come back to the house. Somehow I didn't dare to look into the coffin although we're close relatives. Anyways, I just get to know the meaning behind of "Zuo Ye" (坐夜) where most of the relatives will sit until everyone goes back. Frankly speaking, it is a very sad day for everyone especially for my aunt family members. In fact, I do know that this will happen to me one day and it is true that we should cherish our life everyday.

After the prayer, I sit down with my relatives and it has been a long time didn't eat this type of peanut as below.
Somehow I just get to know that during the last few moment of my aunt past away moment at the age of 76, she keep mention about my grandmother name and I just have a goosebump feeling that what would it be like when you left this world as no one really knows about what happen life after death. Anyways, the topic that we talk is mostly on the past story. What I recall about my last visit this Pandamaran house is back in 2010/2011/2012/2013 during Chinese New Year if I'm not mistaken. Besides, I do recall that I was at this bungalow house back when I was 12~15 year old while a relatives get married and I stayed one day here with others cousin. The most strong memories that I had is when I played the Sonic Underground game using SEGA console game in the old TV.

Furthermore, I just heard about my other aunt talk about those olden days with my father's sister. Back in those olden days, there is war happening and luckily one of my uncle who was a flight pilot send out some food via helicopter to them in someway. Well, my grandparent had give birth with 4 boys and 5 girls but unfortunately one of the sister died due to hunger in someway if I'm not mistaken about what I heard. Hence, now just left 4 uncle and 3 aunt after my father's sister pass away yesterday. Seriously life is really short and I believe every children wish that they can make their parents proud right? Apparently one of the reason I wish to be successful and getting rich as young as possible so that I can give the best thing to my parents. Moreover, I don't wish to worry about those expensive medical fees and others stuff especially my parents is getting older everyday. If you're a parents now, how would you felt if you have a child that face similar problem like me?

Around 12am I arrived back home after the funeral. Well. I just wondered that leadership is about hiding your flaws and only allowing thoughts that show strength? At last, I'm trying to make friends outside of my social networking friends and I don't wish to be a "creepy" guy in someway as you saw the message as below.
For now, I just wish everything will goes smoothly and live a life with no regrets as I already in my mid quarter crisis as a 25 year old guy. Stay positive!

Kwong Shiu Ui Koon Association (廣肇會館) 80th Anniversary Celebration @ V Garden (辉煌大酒楼) Klang Experience

During the afternoon, mother prepared vegetarian Bah Kut Teh as our lunch as below.
I'm grateful for it. Somehow I didn't manage to go to the "Earn USD Passive Income with Mobile Apps" from Peatix‏ apps partly because of transportation problem as I still need to wait 2 more week to get my first car. Anyways, I just spend my evening update some delayed blog post. During the night, we went to V Garden (辉煌大酒楼) Klang to attend the Kwong Shiu Ui Koon Association (廣肇會館) 80th Anniversary Celebration. I recall that I attended the Selangor Kwong Siew Association (廣肇會館) 79th Anniversary last year at New Palm Grove Restaurant Klang (新風景園海鮮大酒家) dated 16th August 2014. Seriously one year really pass so fast where this blog post is written exactly after one year past. Upon arrival, I just look through the menu when I get my seat as below.
Well, this time I didn't really take any food picture when my cousin asked me. Anyways, the chairman highlighted that it is important to maintain our Cantonese culture as it had more than 2,000 years of history as below.
Later on, I enjoyed the "Change Face" (变脸) show performed by a girl as below.
The session end with lucky draw but we didn't win anything as below.
Finally I arrived home at 11.05pm and felt so tiring for today. Somehow it is quite sad to see a 99 year old mother still need to work as she was abandon by her 3 children as below.
Besides, Uber of Human also shared a story as below.
______________________________________________
"People in their 20s usually talk about songs, about music, about the lagu-lagu that they listen to and live their lives by, lost in their own worlds - Around 25, they start talking about people, they try to understand the people they talk to: This is when people start talking about life and start to understand life better. In their 30s and 40s, people often talk about their careers, where they want to go next, where they want to make their next transition to so they can increase their income.

Now, I'm 49, and I have a family to feed, a son to educate. I run a steel manufacturing business where I fight battles day after day - I understand everything that I just said from experience, but I still worry.

I worry about my children, about what will happen when I'm sick, about what will happen when they have to support me when I retire. Uncertainty, after all, never goes away no matter what age you hit - Life, after all, hangs on a fragile balance: You constantly choose between fighting for the best and keeping what you hold dear close."

"How do you deal with that uncertainty?"

"You can either live life refusing to face facts and end up with regret, or you can face everything head on, doing what you have to do at every stage along the way...

In my opinion, the right choice is obvious."

I just felt that there is no guarantee solution to earn a living even if you're retire because the environment keep changing everyday. What worked well on the past may not working today. Stay positive.

Paid RM200 To Repair Car's Side Mirror Cover Experience

Well, this is just a follow up blog post for "that day incident" after the event finish. Frankly speaking, I just can blame myself for own careless for not taking much notice during the moment open car while raining. Hence, I accidentally knocked a lady car's side mirror cover as it dropped in the floor during that day while raining. The cover looks something like the picture below that I found on Google.
I just gave the Aunty my contact number as I told him to contact me for the repair fee. Today I got a reply back from her as I need to pay RM200 instead of RM300 to spray the door as she mentioned as below.
Later on the night, I bank in the money to her via Maybank as below.
Although the case has close now after the payment has been done, it left me a "psychological shadow" (阴影) and I had become more careful whenever I open my the car door as I will always recall this incident. Moreover, I felt bad for my colleague who fetch me back that day although I promised will treat her a meal. Seriously life is full of uncertainty and sometime you really can't predict things that happen out of your imaginary. This incident truly left a bad experience in my life about myself for being careless. Sigh.

Affin Bank Car Loan 2.92% Interest Rate Rejected In Malaysia Experience

$

Today is another new day. Somehow I just saw a lot of "tiring+sleepy faces" whenever we took the train to KL Sentral. What I can say is that everyone have their own problem as we shouldn't be so judgmental based on a person's action. During the morning, I received a phone call from Affin Bank staff saying that my car loan has been rejected and need a guarantor to buy the Myvi car.
Well, I just Google the "Car Financing Guide" from SaveMoney website stated that for those who do not have a fixed source of income, they have to get a guarantor for the loan (lenders will usually accept parents, guardians etc. who have incomes of their own). He asked what do for living and what my company do as I just answer marketer and payment related stuff. Somehow I do understand the reason why he ask such question partly because my income isn't stable since it is different when I go to Penang for the SAP course during April, May and June since the salary is different from July.

Seriously I just feel that bank won't really care whether you started to work at 2012, 2013 or 2014 as they just want to know your recent past 3 month financial background. Moreover, it is useless to say that your EPF have RMXX,XXX because you can't take it out just to buy car. Apparently one of the reason why I choose Affin Bank for car loan because they can offer 2.92% interest rate for RM42,000 with 9 years repayment period lower than Maybank as below.
Besides, I do check out Maybank 1st car loan but the staff didn't say much as she seems not interest or bother to help me although I have good credit card repayment record history when I call their helpline as below.
In the end, I asked my brother to be my car's guarantor. Frankly speaking, I just can say that everyone have their own reason for doing things.

Apparently I did still recall "someone" asked me why I still haven resign when I back to the company during 1st July and being "thick face to eat back old grass" in someway. Somehow I just feel that life is all about building a "backup" especially when you're in my age, 25 year old facing some sort of quarter life crisis. Would you imagine what can you do if you suddenly lost your job? Over time, I admit that I always try to get approval from others and it just make yourself very tiring. For instance, when people say that my e-commerce degree in UK Sheffield experience is useless, I try to find alternative way to build up my confidence by acquiring new skills such as the SAP certificate. Then when people say that SAP is overrated, I try to find alternative backup like maybe becoming a Uber driver in someway. In the end, I felt that you will achieve nothing if you don't really choose a things that you like and I found out that we shouldn't get influence by other people opinion.

During the afternoon, I just have the normal noodle at Mayflower again for part of my saving plan for the day as below.
Somehow I just liked the quotes "Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power. If you realize that you have enough, you are truly rich" by Lao Tzu as I suddenly recall Mr Michael Lim who teaches about Critical Thinking lesson back in Penang. After office hour end, I received a message from the lady and finally know that I need to pay RM200 to fix her car's side mirror. In deed it is a very good lesson for me to be more careful next time although it had left a scar in my memory forever. Upon arrival at 4th floor Nu Sentral, I saw there is a new London Sandwich Co (LSC) shop opened as below.
Anyways, I went to have my dinner at Sakae Sushi Nu Sentral to release "stress" in someway.

During the night, I really feel happy and enjoyed myself whenever I can eat the salmon sushi mentai as below.
I do order other sushi and feel very full as it cost about RM37.30 for the total bill as below.
Besides, I just realize they giving me FREE auto renewal and 10 SP will be given to members who have accumulated a minimum spend of RM1,000 within a period of 12 months before card expiry date. Eligibility for auto renewal and free SP will only be calculated and awarded during the card expiry month as below.
After that, I took Uber back home since my father is on meeting and couldn't fetch me back as my brother also suggested me to Uber back this evening as below.
My Uber driver is a female Uber driver and I waited her in front of Aloft hotel for pick up.

Around 8.05pm Ms Min arrived and we have great conversation in the car as below.
Well, I just got to know that she is same 25 year old, born 1990 too but she is very positive although I said SPAD will catch Uber driver recently as FMT news shared "Uber, GrabCar vehicles being confiscated", Carlist shared "Illegal Taxi Drivers In Trouble As Bank Repayments Mount Over Seized Vehicles" and Paultan shared "Impounded Uber, GrabCar vehicle owners chased over outstanding car loans" article today. Anyways, she said sometimes don't need to think so much, just do only and her current new Myvi just 2 month old after her brother bang her Viva car into a scrap. Somehow I just feel that she is a very mature girl as she shared a lot of experience. She working in the sales line for advertising and have the experience in HSBC data processing job before. No doubt that HSBC offer good salary as high as RM2,900 monthly if you work over time even if you're SPM.

However, she said that the job don't really create value and she decided to move into sales line after working 1 year as admin/support role. From her sharing, she said that sales line is a very challenging job although you might get scold from boss for not getting any sales but you tends to learn more. Overall I really enjoyed the conversation with her from KL Sentral back to my home although the Uber fare cost around RM47 as below. (Feel free to use uberfood88 promo code to get RM40 on your first rides)
Upon arrival home at 9pm, I just feel quite tired in someway. Later on the night, someone shared that it is possible to earn RM4,500+ extra being a part time Uber driver as below.
What I really know it that it is possible to earn around RM500+ per week based on friend sharing as below.
Somehow I just hope my car loan will get approved because the girl told me that the first priority being a salesman is to have your own car.
I did check Affin Bank website and others website for the car loan interest although I might use the CIMB credit card to pay in someway as below.
In the end, I just hope I will get my own car soon as a 25 year old guy although I try not to compare myself with my peers who have their own car as young as 18 year old. What I can say that I really depend on myself to pay for this car although my brother become my guarantor. It's just a car, why so stress?
Stay positive!

Get Scammed RM500 To Settle "Someone's" Parent Loan Shark (大耳窿) Debt @ Bayan Baru Penang Experience

$

0
Frankly speaking, this incident have been happening for quite some time and I promised the "guy" not to tell anyone as a part of helping him in someway. At first I try to stay positive into believing that he will repay me back RM500 that he borrowed from me 2 month ago. Well, this incident happened back in 24th June 2015 at Hua Kee Dim Sum Restaurant (华记点心茶楼), D'Piazza Mall Bayan Baru. If you ever read back my post, I did mention that "I just helped someone for something and go to Giant Hypermarket to withdraw something" in that blog post and the truth is actually I went to Giant Hypermarket Bayan Baru to withdraw RM500 to him as you can see I take two different Uber rides when I back to the apartment. So you must be wondering how this happen right? Apparently this case happened not because of greedy or any MLM stuff, but it is just purely sympathy and pity.

During the last day after my SAP exam, my housemate asked me to have lunch together. Well, I just told him that I will be going nearby Bayan Baru to have some dim sum using Uber service after I research some food online. While we was eating at Hua Kee dim sum restaurant, he suddenly asked me whether can help him in a very sad tone and I asked him what happened. He told me that his father had gone went to seek for "Dai Yi Long" (大耳窿/高利貸) loan shark service to borrow loan and couldn't repay back the money. Now the loan shark had done something bad such as spraying paint to his house like the picture below.
Seriously you might think this is like a drama happening on those Loan Shark movie but it is so real according to him. The loan shark even disturb his mother and asked them to pay back the loan within 3 days time.

At first I keep say that I had no money when he just lack of RM1,000 although our house owner had helped him by giving him RM5,000 and will deduct from his salary every month. However, he keep asking please and beg me badly as he told me that his parent knee down (跪) to him to promise won't borrow loan shark money. At this moment I just wonder what would it be if this scenario happened to me and I wonder whether I will really go beg others people if I find no way out. In the end, I promised to lend him RM500 to settle the remaining debt and asked him to borrow the another RM500 from others people. In return, he said that he will bank in RM100 monthly back to my account and I really believe him as I thought it is good to help people right? After that, I just fly back to KL from Penang International Airport and I didn't mention this case in that blog post although I keep think about my decision is right or wrong or not.

So after 1 month past, I called his two different number but one had disable and another no one pick up. Hence, I just sent an SMS to him. Until last 2 week, I meet up with Ms C.C at Starbuck Sooka Sentral, I shared some of my story back in Penang and she told me that didn't you know that once you lend people money, it is very hard to get back and lending money to people is like giving away money. (The law is "only lend out what you can afford to lose") Seriously I really don't know this kind of "lend law" among friends. So until today afternoon, I just feel to get back the money and phoned his two number and both didn't answer as I sent an SMS to him earlier morning as below.
In the end, I called the restaurant since my housemate is working at there and they told me he was not there. Hence, I just ask another housemate to call me back since he is cooking in the kitchen. Around 5.50pm when the office hour almost end, I received a phone call from my housemate from Penang.

He told me that Terence didn't work here two month ago and asked me whether I had lend him money to him and I said yes. Then he say that actually our house owner boss also finding him and asked me to SMS his another two number as below.
Finally I admitted that I really get scammed RM500 although I try to be positive that he will return me the money soon after his salary out. Seriously I wondered how much does sympathy worth? No wonder no people willing to lend others people money no matter how pity the story is and I truly learned a lesson here. Maybe it is a "Karma" for me that I laughed others last time why so stupid simply lend people money and now myself "kena" cheated as I didn't think it could happen to me.
Frankly speaking, one of the reason I trust him because he look friendly and looks like a good guy during my 1st day arrived to that apartment as he is my first friend.
Besides, we do always chat when I back from the SAP class at night after 10pm since other two housemate chat with their girlfriend. Actually I should notice this earlier when he asked me how to earn extra income in KL and I just shared to him one of the way is to be uber driver and can use my uberfood88 code as referral. Well, you might think this is like advertising for uber but it is really a real story. For now, I start to realized that maybe this is one of the reason people become "mean" and less caring because we don't know what they faced before. For now, I will never lend others people money. I lend others money not because I'm rich, it just that I know the hardship of feeling helpless in someway. At last, this feeling is just like the Chinese sentence that I post earlier as below.

Specialize In Your Digital Marketing Domain To Be Successful Sharing By Ms Nesu Experience

After office hour end, I have an appointment with Ms Nesu as I promised to meet her up after work last week. Well, she found me on LinkedIn and I just feel that somehow the LinkedIn Premium membership seems to be having more credibility than normal account in term of adding professional people from different field. Actually I have a bad mood after the scam case happened but still need to be professional in someway. Anyways, we meet up in Starbucks Nu Sentral and I buy her a drinks since she helped me on something as below.
Luckily I do earn some Starbucks credit from my past blogging opportunity. Ms Nesu come from a very strong professional consultant background based on her LinkedIn profile as below.
Through her sharing, I start to understand more about working society and really felt grateful to get some new knowledge from her.

Seriously I just get to know the rank status when you're working for people in the corporate ladder although she said it is a common sense as below.
If you view the chart above, most of the people start from executive level, then slowly move up to senior executive, manager, senior manager, assistant director and etc and I just get to know this as a 25 year old guy. Normally every staff will eventually become senior executive after working for 2 years. In her sharing, it seems that my resume not really nice when I become admin back in 2014 and people will question why you are online marketer person in 2012 become admin in 2014? Moreover, my working experience isn't really strong enough in the view of employer. Basically Ms Nesu sharing is really good for fresh graduate and you can gain good advice from her as she have more than 10+ years of working experience.

One important lesson that shared by her is you need to be specialize in your domain in order to be successful in your field. For instance, you can't simply choose a job without having a clear direction in life as you're just wasting your time if you keep on trying different things. Most of the successful person only specialize on one skills instead of having multiple role. As an example, you won't simply trust work as a lawyer and also a doctor at the same time right? Hence, if I really want to be successful, I need to be specialize in my digital marketing field instead of venturing into others stuff like my recent SAP qualification. Furthermore, I just feel that a marketing person need to be good in "twist and turn" story as you can't really be so straight when doing business. If people asked me why I do admin job, the best way to answer it is that being an admin for back end job for e-commerce  payment industry can help me to understand more about the domain knowledge in someway.

Moreover, I am really passionate about digital marketing and been given opportunity by boss to change to another role. Basically this type of answer can really impress people in someway according to her sharing. I felt that everything have 2 sides and it is depend how you turn the story into a positive one. In addition, she said that having a very good attitude is very important in your career path. Anyways, she shared that there is some strong media person that I could refer such as Mr Prxxhxxxt Kumar from Ixx media brands, Univxxxl MxCann has a strong influence in the media field. If you want to know more about digital marketing, we need to learn more about programmatic media strategy. Frankly speaking, I do know that my knowledge is limited as I often "swim by my own" on researching. Guess it is true that it is important to have senior guide instead of doing everything alone like one man show. I'm not sure it is true about it's lonely at the top statement.

Overall it is a very great sharing from her and I hope I can create some value for others people in someway. For now, I shall focus on digital marketing and become expert in this field and don't always compare myself with my peers.
What is important is how much you can learn after empty yourself. During the moment at the train, I did have a lot of thoughts again as below.
I suddenly recall the Uber girl sharing yesterday that you need to read more motivation in order to cheer up yourself in someway. Once you master your skills, money will eventually come. Somehow I wish I can inspire people who are young than me for not following my mistaken footstep. Imagine if you're 18 year old now, and you can instant download all the knowledge I have written for past 8 years into your brain, wouldn't it great that you can avoid the mistake or experience that I encounter? Apparently I found the reason I survived is I hope I can find the answer to be "immortal" in someway on this earth. Do you think is it possible to live forever in this earth? That's was my silly thought again. Stay positive.

Revealed 7 Years Part Time Blogging Income On How To Earn USD From Malaysia @ Reload Food Blogger Experience

Everyday when I awaken, I always ask myself how I can be a better person tomorrow. What value or inspiration that I can contribute for others or my company? I'm feeling bad that I didn't create much value on my blog post other than writing or rant to express my personal feeling to release stress in someway. Anyways, I would like to make a confess that my blogging intention is not really because of earning money at the first place. Seriously you might wonder how much income can blog generate in Malaysia? The truth is that it doesn't really generate much money if you’re just writing about your life. Today I would like to reveal my 7 years of part time income on how to earn USD currency as a blogger from Malaysia. Apparently I know that no one would really give a damn on this blog post as it might sounds useless in someway. Anyways, there are not much choice available and sometime people will say that you’re cheapskate for accepting such low income deals.

Apparently one of the reason I wrote this blog post is partly because today I saw a message from my real Facebook profile stated that "Your Memories on Facebook, we care about you and the memories you share here, we thought you'd like to look back on this post from 5 years ago" as below.
I believe one of the interview question that employer will ask is "How do you see yourself in 5 years time?" and this question suddenly make me think a lot when I saw the Facebook message. Seriously I wonder is there any much changes as after so many years passed as a e-commerce and marketing graduates? Where is the e-commerce website that I plan to do since 18 year old? What about the "Comeback Plan" (东山再起) plan that I said since 2009 and the RM4,000,000 ringgit? In the end, talk is cheap and execution is the most important task as I just ended up dwelling on my RM10 Malaysia story.

Anyways, lets back to the main topic that I would share about how to earn USD from Malaysia based on my past 8 years of blogging experience. But before that, I would like to show some payment proof that I received via Paypal since no body believe what I said. It's all started back in 2009 where I helped some people from US to play some online game. In return, I earn my first income via Paypal as below.
As time goes by, I try to find alternative way to earn USD currency and I just got to know those Pay Per Click website where you just need to register an ID and start making money by clicking those advertisement back in 2009~2012 as below.
During 2011~2012 I managed to earn some sponsored review blog post and full banner ads income as below.
As for the year 2013, I stopped around June since I go to UK Sheffield to study and get my degree there as below.
Somehow I just get encounter a very serious incident that I would never forget, which is my "January Incident" that happened back in 2014. Hence, you can see there is no earning at all for almost 2 years for the duration start from 1st July 2013 to April 2015 as stated above. During my "recovery stage", I worked as admin starting from April 2014 to April 2015 before I go to study the SAP field. No doubt that I do feel very happy when I get my SAP certificate last week although I'm not sure whether want to venture this field as someone said it is overrated or useless in someway. Hence, I just work as a new role in the digital marketing field since 1st July 2015 until today.

So here is the few method to earn some part time income although it is not really based on blogging.
__________________________________________
1) Pay Per Click - Neobux
Instruction: Just register an account at the blue link above and start to click as each advertisement worth $0.001 USD.
True Story: Wahlau, now 2015 liao you still do this kind of click click stuff? Back in 2009 can lah since you're still student and they pay you $0.01 per click. The referral system is quite good back then as it is like MLM pyramid scheme. Basically it is just waste of your time to do this but the payment is fast and real.

2) Sponsored Review - www.sponsoredreviews.com
Instruction: Just register an account at the blue link above, then add your blog and wait for approval. Next, select Find Advertiser and click BID on the article that you want to write.
True Story: The payment is fast but one the thing that I don't like is they charge extremely ridiculous admin fee. For example, you BID for an article that the advertiser willing pay you $100, but they take away 50% of your earnings. Means if you get a $40 article job, the real amount you receive is just $20 based on my experience. So if the article is $5, means you only get $2.50 USD per article. You tell me how many article you need to write to just earn $100? Yes it is 40 article. By the time you finish write also not worth your time.

3) Offering tasks and services at online marketplace - SEOclerks
Instruction: Just register an account at the blue link above, then you can directly offer the service that you can provide at their platform. It is different from Fiverr because you can offer any price that you want such as $20 per post since Fiverr just limit on $5 USD.
True Story: The payment is quite slow as they need 10 days of clearing day and minimum payout is $15.  Another things that I don't like is they charge 20% admin fee. For example, you offer a service that cost for $18 and they will take away $3.60 from you. So you just earn $14.40 and need to earn another $0.60 to cash out to your Paypal account. In fact, I helped the founder to write a review of his SEOclerks website back in 2012 and now he have a very success marketplace like fiverr starting from 2014.

4) Pay Per View - http://adf.ly
Instruction: Just register an account at the blue link above, then start install their apps like normal Google Adsense report.
True Story: By the time you finish display 1,000 views in your website, all your loyal visitor already run away from your website forever. It looks like a virus or some scam stuff as a user who view the ads before going to your website. I earn by refer people to spend money on their website. Minimum payout is $5 and is fast via Paypal.

5) Personal Sponsored Blog Post
Instruction: You need to have good traffic before advertiser will approach you to do personal sponsored post.
True Story: The price is quite good based on your negotiation skills with your advertiser. You can charge from $20 ~ $200 per single blog post as most of the time is from oversea offers.

6) Personal Display Banner Ads
Instruction: You need to have good traffic before advertiser will approach you to do personal display ads
True Story: The price based on your negotiation skills with your advertiser. You can charge from $20 ~ $200 per displayed ads. The downside is you can't be choosy as you need to accept various type of ads that might spoil your reputation.
__________________________________________

Basically it is all about having good website traffic if you want to get good advertising price. You might ask me how to generate traffic right? Hereby I would like to share with you one of the method that 100% generate traffic for your site which is Stumble Upon as below.
This website is how I get my oversea website traffic in order to earn my advertising fee for point number 5 and 6 which is the personal sponsored blog post and banner ads. You can't imagine how much effort I have done in order to have 2,342 likes up to date as you can see my profile by clicking the blue link above. Imagine 1 likes = 1 post and you use 3 years of time to posting daily after you finish write a blog post.

Hence, this is all my experience on my so call "Business Model" for blogger ads and how the ecosystem works is shown below.
The value that I can contribute back when I earn some income is by doing some charity as you can see I allocate RM30 for online donation every month. If you had read until this moment, I would like to thank you for reading although you might think I am sharing some useless information. This is just a reply for my question as I asked "Anyone interested to know the how much money can earn as a part time blogger that I gathered for the past 7 years?" on social media.

The truth is I earned about $1,300+ USD via Paypal but it took me a total of 7 years to achieve this. Imagine 7 years X 12 months = 84 months as my monthly income is just $15 USD on average. If you wish to earn $$ from blogging through Malaysian style. It is different story since I'm just a blogger without a true identity. Due to this, I had lost a lot of opportunity such as attending events like Air Asia, Petronas or Tai Thong and others big brands. I'm not sure how much those big company pay for bloggers. Maybe at least RM1,000+ per blog post? What I know is if you're a celebrity bloggers or leng lui (beautiful girl), you might get as high as RM5,000 per blog post. Imagine 1 month get 30 sponsored post = RM5,000 x 30 days = RM150,000 income monthly as claim by Nuffnang where they mentioned the income of famous blogger can goes up to RM150K per month. It does make people jelly and butthurt in someway.

As for a small peanut bloggers like me, I charge RM200 per blog post depend on advertiser (of course you want to offer high right?) and the maximum earning is just RM200 x 30 days = RM6,000 extra income per month. Seriously I couldn't do really much since I'm just a one man show from the beginning. Moreover, I do faced a lot of difficulties as you don't know how many people wish that I close my blog as soon as possible. Frankly speaking, I know that this is still not my time yet with my current level of English although I had blogged about 8 years up to this date with consistent of 365 blog post per year. I just haven create a viral blog post yet and it really take time to write that single viral blog post. Some blogger took about 5 years just to have that one single post that gone viral while some blogger even took as long as 10 years to get that one single damn viral blog post.

Honestly, I hope I can be successful in e-commerce as content marketing is dying in someway. Could you imagine that you need to spend 20 hour awake everyday and sleep only 4 hour if you have a full time job while working part time on blogging at night? Actually my final plan is to redirect all my traffic to my e-commerce website but I had failed. Apparently I do know that the things that can earn money online is through e-commerce which involves transaction via payment gateway. How could I fight those big marketplace company with deep pocket just by myself? By the way, any bloggers are going to 1 Utama's ‪#‎MakanMakan‬ Food Hunt Bloggers Campaign event at this coming Friday, 21 August 2015, 11am - 4pm? You are required to visit ALL TEN of the participating F&B outlets within the 5 hours duration. I didn't apply leave for this event I don't feel like telling my boss saying that I don't want to work this Friday because I go eat FREE food at 1 Utama shopping mall.

On the other hand, maybe I shall leave all this blogging stuff and focus on a new investment plan to make money online. I do research a bit about Ms Kathlyn Toh background and she also have the SAP knowledge as I saw her Linkedin profile. To be frank, I just felt a bit sadness when finish write this post as I spend too much time on unproductive stuff other than my passion on blogging. The truth is no one really pay for your kindness for sharing as we lived in a cruel world in someway although I try to be positive. The reality is sometime scary and we just can face it with a positive thoughts. Anyways, I just feel that it is true where at the end of the day, you will still face many rejections no matter how good you are, keep your chin up and move on, tomorrow will always be better. Stay positive!

Well, I did check the exchange rate for that time is 1 USD = 4.12141 MYR based on XE currency converter website as below.
However, Paypal conversion rate is only 1 USD = 4.02903 MYR as I just get RM657.90 for the $163.29 US dollar that I have in my Paypal account. It means that I had lost about RM15 if based on the exchanged rate on XE as it should be RM672.98. Anyways, I still need to wait 2 to 3 days to get the PayPal money transfer to my local Maybank account as below.

Somehow I just felt that this earning is just manage to cover the "fix car's side mirror case" and the "scam case" that I encounter recently. Seriously I just can say life is full of uncertainty. On the other hand, I just feel that Paypal transaction fee is quite expensive for me if you saw my earning post yesterday. I remember last time you can play a "tricks" as you just ask your merchant put the payment as a "gift/donation" and Paypal won't charge any transaction fee for it. Anyways, if you're selling item locally with you e-commerce website, you can consider local payment gateway solutions in Malaysia to do your online transaction because it is much cheaper. I hope this guide can help you cash out your Paypal balance to your local bank in Malaysia from my sharing.

Watching The International Dota 2 Championships TI 5 Grand Final @ Astro Channel 808 LIVE Experience

Later on the midnight around 1am, I walked downstairs and turn on the TV to watch The International Dota 2 Championships event LIVE at Astro's channel 808. Well, there are 5 panel of people discussing the event and the ways they report it looks like really a professional sport game like NBA basketball. The first 1 hour is mostly talk about the past top 10 good performance as below.
Besides, I also saw Mushi was in the 10 vs 10 gamestar player and the prize is a piece of Cheese as below.
Around 2am the game finally start with LGD-Gaming (China team) versus Virtus.Pro (USA team) and what I saw is both of the team is around my age starting from 19 to 25 year old as below.
Suddenly I have a thought that it will be great if you can do the things that you like and get paid too right? However, this need to gain the recognition of the worldwide and approval of people.

For instance, if Dota 2 didn't get recognition and huge audience from audience, I don't think they can monetize it and make it international. Feel free to watch the Esports Documentary downside of Professional Gaming Dota 2 documentary as below.
Behind the scene, there is so much sacrifice as Dendi once said "One way to forget about pain is to do something you will be in, completely." I guess this happen same goes to my blogging passion, the only different is no one will really cares about it and guess this is the dying era of blogging soon after Facebook become famous. Anyways, I didn't make watch the Dota 2 game until morning partly because feeling too tired as below.
Besides, TGV Cinemas is showing the International Dota 2 Championships, TI 5 Grand Final tomorrow 9th August 2015, Sunday at 1 Utama shopping mall from 1am to 8am. Alternatively you can watch it LIVE at Dota 2 official website in this link >>> http://www.dota2.com/international/live/

Finally Bought Myvi Premium X Auto For RM46,862.15 After Paid RM800 @ Perodua Bandar Baru Klang Experience

$

Today seems to be a great day because it is dated as 8/8/2015, have both "88" number which mean "huat ah" (getting rich) in Chinese numbers. During the afternoon, I went out to print out my IC, driving license, 3 month pay slip and KWSP EPF statement for the required documents because I will be going to Perodua Bandar Baru Klang (BBK) to have a look for the car as I finally decided to buy a car. Well, mother cooked homecook Bak Kut Teh as our lunch as below.
Around 2.30pm we make a move from home as my sister fetch me to the Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd while my brother will go there soon. Upon arrival, I just saw so many people come and waited for Mr Jimmy as below.
I just know him from referral and he have 18 years of experience being one of the salesman for Perodua car.

Somehow I decided not to buy Perodua Axia 1.0 Advance Edition for RM41,967.15 because the resale value is not high as Myvi, need to wait 1~2 month to get the stock and Myvi still look more stable than Axia although the price is similar in someway. During the moment when deciding whether want to buy the New Myvi 1.3 STD Auto D3GZ3 that cost for RM43,486.15 for solid of RM44,262.15 for metalic colour, I suddenly have the interest to look for the Myvi Premium X Auto that cost for RM46,862.15 because the premium one's have ABS breaking system and there's a promotion of RM1,300 off as below.
However, I asked him whether can give me FREE gift or not because I told him that I had do some research and there's another salesman offering me extra RM1,000 worth of FREE gifts at Ampang area as I will be going to KL soon.

The Ampang salesman posted the Perodua Merdeka deals stated that discount RM2,500 for Alza and RM1,300 for Myvi 1.3 plus FREE Gits message as below.
__________________________________________
Myvi 1.3 Premium Auto - RM 1300
Myvi 1.5 SE Auto - RM 1000
Alza 1.5 STD Auto - RM 2500
Alza 1.5 AV Auto - RM 1500 + EXTRA REBATE

TWO FREE GIFTS - FOR ALL PERODUA MODELS

1) Branded TINT FILM with 10 YEARS warranty (For whole car)
2) Smart Tag
3) Touch and Go card
4) Free ROADTAX for 3 years
5) Security Number Sand Plasting (Four Windows)
6) Windscreen 7 inch Sun Visor
7) Steering Lock
8) Perodua Umbrella
9) Roadtax holder
10) Full Tank petrol
11) Car Perfume
__________________________________________

However, he told me to buy at branch better because it is 100% confirm straight manufacture from the factor and there's different between branches and dealers shop. In Malaysia, he said there is 40 Perodua branches and 160 Perodua dealer shop as below.
Sometime the dealer shop is not really that new as they parked outside the shop waiting for buyer. Hence, this reason is already enough for me to buy the Perodua car with him directly. After some moment pass, there's is a lady and I just got to know she is one of the CIMB Klang branch manager which provide loan for the remaining RM42,000 (90%) loan that I need to borrow from the bank because every bank is different. Through her sharing, I get to know there's a new loan scheme that pays on the different rate every month and you can pay more if you have more money instead of just tied up with 9 years same interest loan.

So the 2.88% loan seems to be applicable to bumiputra and the normal rate for car loan is around 3.15~3.18+ % depend on different bank. However, this still need to wait the bank for approval and I just need to pay RM500 as a deposit. On the other hand, I get to know about the hardship of being a salesman among colleagues because it is mostly depends on commission to survive. Hence, I think this can link to something that I said back in April in office about the commission part that might "hurt" some colleagues feeling. Seriously in life, I just felt it could be true about the saying's "You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future" by Steve Jobs speech that I wrote back in 2011. Afterall, I haven bring any sales to the company since I back on 31st July 2015 although I'm having the best research jobs at this moment.

Anyways, back to the salesman part as the told me that I need to pay extra RM200 + RM110 runner fee for my car's plate number. Furthermore, you can have a choice whether want to buy the car's window insurance that cost RM166+ per year. In the meantime, I can use my credit card to swap for 10% deposit amount. After I decided to buy with him, I walked out from the Perodua shop and walked to the nearby CIMB bank to withdraw RM1,000 as below.
When I came back, my brother arrived and we tends to negotiate more while he serve us some drinks as below.
In the end, we got a FREE cash voucher for tinted film and full tank of petrol when he deliver the car to me next 2 week if my bank loan approved. So it still means that I might able to buy the Myvi car if the bank rejected my loan partly because the last 2 month salary when I was in Penang for SAP.

At last, I just need to pay RM3,093.95 (normal is RM2962.15) after add on something, deduct RM1,300 and RM500 deposit instead of RM4,762.15 as 10% deposit for the RM46,862.15 Myvi Premium X Auto version stated as below.
So my strategy could be using credit card to pay for the RM3,093.95 as my 10% installment. The total money that I paid him is RM800 (RM500+RM310) instead of RM810 as he discount RM10 to me. Eventually I only paid RM500 because my brother and sister will sponsor me RM150 each for the car plate number but I only receive it end of month. Frankly speaking, I didn't blame my father for not sponsoring me for the car deposit since his business not doing good and his age should be in retiring stage instead of still working as a 60+ year old person. For now, I think I won't trouble him more once I got my own car to drive and hopefully can earn some money part time to cover my cost.

After that, we got to test drive the Myvi car but that test drive car is Myvi 1.5 as below.
Somehow it is quite weird to buy first and test drive later as the process should be test drive first before buying right? So the main concern now is about the "XPAD" stuff as I felt the "business world" is a no risk no gain game. After living for so long as a 25 year old guy with degree in e-commerce and marketing qualification, it is true that there is no such thing as GUARANTEE and no exact way on how you want to live your life. Besides, I do wonder whether is it true or not that a lot of people lost jobs with high paid salary that start with RM4,000+ out there in the working environment. For now, I just need to find my ways to earn money to cover back my monthly RM499 car installment for the Myvi as my new commitment other than my UK loan or PTPTN loan. Anyways, this is just a experience about how I manage to buy the Myvi 1.3 car by just paying RM500 as deposit and the remaining use credit card to swap while waiting the bank loan to approve. After I finished buy and test drive the Myvi Premium X auto car at Perodua BBK branch, my sister fetch me to Kerinchi LRT station as I need to go KL Sentral since she is going back to Cheras as below.
Well, I just felt myself like coming KL Sentral to work everyday in someway upon arrival as below.
After that, I took the Nu Sentral monorail to Imbi station because need to settle my U-Mobile bill after I had delayed the payment for 2 month and they cut my internet connection as below.
Apparently this U-mobile mifi device is bought from a "leng lui" promoter back in Penang. Around 6.15pm I arrived the U-Mobile Headquarter (HQ) at Berjaya Times Square as below.
Then I paid the last 2 month payment for RM156 at the counter although it can be done online as below.
The reason I came here is to ask the staff why "ban" my internet speed and she said they didn't block my internet if I didn't reach my monthly RM300 credit limit. However, I managed to use my internet after I paid the bills. Therefore I don't know it is real or not that they will block your internet if you didn't pay for 2 month but I this feeling just left me a "No Money No Internet" thoughts.

Fusion Dream Makan Sharing @ Lorong Maarof Bangsar Kuala Lumpur Experience

Today is indeed a good day as the date stated 8/8/2015 which similar to "88" that symbolize "rich number" according to Chinese people's believe. Besides, I finally bought my first car and settled my internet bills. Moreover, I get an invited review for Fusion Dream, a fantastic mix of French, Italian, Chinese and of course Malaysian cuisines to the table food theme which is organized by Makan Sharing [The Food Lovers Marketplace] website. Around 6.30pm I make a move from Berjaya Times Square and took the Imbi monorial back to KL Sentral. In the meantime, I check how much it would cost from KL Sentral to 66, Jalan Maarof and it cost only RM6~RM8 as below.
Hence, I just requested the Uber driver before reaching KL Sentral and the driver waited me 5 minute as below.
Somehow he is quite new in driving and I shared my Google GPS since the Waze seems to be functioning not really well at that moment.

Anyways, the Uber fare cost around RM10 which is quite cheap despite the driver turned few round as you can see below. (Just sharing my uberfood88 code to get FREE RM40 for your first Uber rides)
Somehow I faced some problem when finding their location as I couldn't find the exact place as I walked around the area as below.
Around 7.25pm the organized phoned me and I just realized it is from the starting point that I walked towards to before cross the street to ask around the location around Mc Donalds as below.
Finally I managed to reach the location as I just realize it is a home instead of shop lot when the organizer told me that there's a Honda City car parked as below.
Upon walked in the house, the environment looks really warms and I felt bad for being late since the email stated that it started at 7pm while I arrived there 30 minutes later as below.
There are two guest waiting and I just get to know my two new friend is Mr and Mrs Kashminder for my "Fusion Dream Makan Time" partner although I'm an "anonymous" person with the "Lonely Reload" nickname as below.
We do have some great conversation and I feel it is a cool platform to meet new people in a very small community. Besides, I get to know more about how Makan Sharing platform works like a food platform concept to connect home cooks food chef prepared in a private and food lover who like healthy food. The drinks we have is known as fusion punch as below.
We were served with appetizers-Florentine beef tripe with salsa verde, chicken pate with herbs, cherry tomato surprise, toasted pita wedges as below. (I just noticed it is beef after eating)
The taste of the salsa and chicken pate that is dipped in the toasted pita wedges taste is quite okay for me although the marinated cherry tomato taste is quite "new" to me as below.
The next main dish is asian stuffed eggplant in parmigiana and I like it as below.
Here comes the main dish which is chicken leg confit with orange chilli ginger, confit oil braised rice & sweet potato garnish as below.
The taste of the chicken is quite salty but it is a good combination when eating together with the rice. Moreover, you don't need to peal the chicken as "it just come out by itself" and I was told that the chicken is slow cook in oven for 5 to 6 hours. At last, we're being served with the red bean green-tea pannacotta as our dessert as below.
The taste of the dessert is another "quite new" taste for me and the chef come out to share her experiences. I just noticed there are two chef preparing this food which is Ms Christina and Ms Luna as below. (Having completed a course in Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Ms Christina is teaming up with Ms Luna, an accomplished self-taught specialist in Chinese/Malaysian dishes to bring you a unique blend of French-Italian meets Chinese-Malaysian fusion that will certainly hit a few home runs.) [Shared the picture with their approval of permission]
Seriously this is my first time to get to know the chef who prepare our food because normally when we eat outside, the chef is not free to entertain us. Hence, it left me a bit of "mini fine dining" feelings although I haven tried a real fine dining other than reading other's blogger fine dining experience. After that, the chef do bring me to their kitchen as below.
Overall I'm grateful to have this food invitation opportunity organized by Makan Sharing team at 66, Lorong Maarof, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. Around 9pm I make a move from there and specially thanks to Mr Sathis who fetch me to Subang KTM as below.
Frankly speaking, I think this idea can works but the price is quite expensive as this meal cost for RM75 stated in their website. However, it is a great place to get to know people who came from different background as I like to listen to stories. For instance, my guest partner work in a startup accelerator program and I get to know more about the startup ecosystem / atmosphere in someway as it is important to get funding from VC.

On the other hand, I do get to know Mr Sathis shared some of his life stories on the past and it is true that there is no use to keep compare our self with others. Sometime it is just about common interest such as both of us went to London before and can share some story while I was in Sheffield back in 2013. Furthermore, he told me that it is possible for SAP practitioner to earn up to RM20,000+ salary per month as I will get my original certificate by next week. Basically it is a really good event to get to know new friends for me since I'm quite an introvert person as I afraid people will judge me based on my blogging life. In fact, I realized that it is too tiring to please everyone as there will be always people who likes and dislike you. Afterall, everyone is busy doing their own stuff as I felt the things that is important is to do the things that you likes and the best is can earn money on the same time with your passion.

After the Makan Sharing event ends, I get to know a friend as he fetched me to Subang KTM as below.
After some moment, I just realized that I was in the wrong train as I arrived Jalan Templer KTM station and quickly take another route back home as below.
Upon arrived home, I phoned the CIMB bank credit card department to ask about my CIMB credit card activation status. She told me that both card was activated during April while I was in Penang since is their side who approve my credit card automatically. Hence, I no longer eligible to get the FREE RM25 waive upon my first swap for the CIMB Cash Rebate Gold MasterCard as below.
As for the CIMB Gold MasterCard, the usage is just for collect point as below.
Seriously this is my 2nd credit card after I apply the Maybankard 2 Gold MasterCard and Amex with degree certificate last time. Apparently one of the reason to activate the CIMB credit card is partly because I'm ready to swipe for the remaining RM3,093.95 as a part of 10% for the Myvi car that I had decided to buy. The bank told me that I can swipe it as long as it is below RM4,000 credit limit. So far what I know about both CIMB cash rebate and gold master credit card have 15% interest rate according to Ringgit Plus website as below.
Hopefully everything will go smoothly, stay positive!

During the afternoon, I went out with my parents to have a day trip in Semenyih since my sister couldn't follow although we had plan to go there earlier today. Due to limited time and resources I had, I guess "a picture is worth a thousand words" when you see those pictures I posted in this blog post. Anyways, below is some picture taken along the way as we decided to go to Eco World Gallery at Eco Majestic Semenyih as below.
At first we couldn't find parking as it is so packed with people and we ended up parked the car in the end of the corner near the North gate as below.
Luckily there are "golf cars" passing by and we get the FREE shuttle service to the main hall as below.
Anyways, I continue to take some picture upon arrival to the main hall as below.
Then I went to redeem the wristband to the Under the Windmills entrance as below.
Seriously there is a lot of people and actually they don't allow people to take those model building picture as below.
After that, I walked out from the Eco World Gallery Eco Majestic building and took some picture around Under the Windmills event with my mother as below.
Apparently there is not much windmills but I did took most of the windmills picture and it suddenly reminds me of Europe's Holland Windmills trips in someway as below.
In deed the lake scenery is nice too and I took some shot as below.
Finally here comes the sample building and I did took couple of shot although they don't really allow to take picture as below.
There are 3 type of building size and I just know the big one start from right and the smaller one on the left as below.
Somehow I quite like this study room design as it left me a sort of peaceful feelings as below.
However, the maid room seems to be so small as below.
After I had finished look all the three house, I don't think I'm afford to buy it not cost it ranged from RM1,500,000+ to RM1,150,000+ and RM1,000,000+ for the 3 type house when I asked the salesman as below.
Anyways, I continue to take some picture as below.
Around 4.30pm we make a move from there and took the shuttle rides back to our car as below.
Below is the details of EcoWorld Sales Gallery at Jalan Semenyih which have a total of 1,089 Acres of Modern Classic Master Plan together with it's Eco Majestic - Merrydale Youtube video.
