It's 1.38am midnight now. Frankly speaking, today has been a tiring day for me as I went to some sort of "Eye" (i) industry training after I had been struggling with my "inner self" for sometimes. Anyways, I'm willing to spend my 2+ hour time to write long post that might "create value" for people who are younger than me in someway when looking at my current "failure" as a 26 year old guy. I guess it's started with my friend's posting the news that she had gained Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) recognition on her Facebook posting yesterday after working for 3 years in the "i" industry. Apparently another friend told me that nothing come easy when I told her the news as she say she might have a network that is mingling in "high network" (rich) people. Somehow we couldn't really judge people based on what we see on surface because the real success need to be in persistence (continuous) if you meet the correct person to guide you.
If you don't feel like continue to reading the sharing below, I would
summary the main point in one sentences which is
"Always create good self image / impression to others people no matter what occasion and whenever you feel like give up on something, always think of the main reason why you start at first" in life. This incident can be applied to myself as it is similar to my 9
years of blogging experience since I started at 2008. It is exactly similar to Steve Job's quotes about
connecting to the dots sharing if you had followed me throughout the years. As I grow older, MONEY seems to be getting more important especially if you not come from rich family background. Anyways, you must be grateful that you had been born into human in this life and don't compare yourself with people who are fortunate to be born in the rich background as this Chinese quotes might help you feel happier a bit if you earn the money by yourself.
It means that you're incapable if you still getting money from your parents after 20+ years old to buy the luxury stuff on your body.
Today I woke up late although I had set a few different time of alarm yesterday. The "i" training start at 9am and I was late 40 minute to reach the location after get myself prepared. Upon arrival, I just realized the place is very near to the place that I
bought my Myvi Premium X first car last year. Anyways, I quickly walked up to the 2nd floor and saw quite a number of people around.
First of all, I just told myself to be humble and start from zero as my "
earning income within 24 hour" is not really a useful way. During the moment when Mr Lim, speaker of the share about his experience in the "i" industry for over 30+ years, it does make me thought and
"self reflect" (自我反醒) on myself again. Hereby I would like to summary some of the main important point on the morning based on my note as below.
1) A good start of your life is starting from your smile. (好的开始由你的笑容开始！)
2) First impression is very important, you must leave a very good image/impression to others people.
3) When your feelings is good, your confidence will increase.
4) Building confident need to start from yourself.
5) "How people see your Face" is given by people, is your fault to lose your "face" in front of others people. (面子是人家给，脸是自己丢)
6) Introduce yourself in a good manner, let people like you art first.
7) Success begin with the moment you decide to be successful in life. (成功始于下定决心的那一刻)
So the above sharing reminds me about the
"Genting bloggers" event as I had left a little scare about bad impression in life forever. Everyone make mistake in life and I did felt regret for not letting those "evil" thought inside myself instead of typing out in words. The 2nd sharing is about finding same topic of discussion from your prospect and self reflect about the 3P (Purpose, Process and Payout).
It just reminds me about
Intention / Motive (动机) blog post that I wrote few day ago.
I like his sharing about "Don't talk about future, quit your job to be your own boss" but the reality of me couldn't let go my real job as I'm having
some loan commitment. The 3rd page sharing the important of body language (身体语言) as it carries 55%, the tone of your voice that carries 38% (语调) and writing (文法) that holds 7% which can let you master the "Art of Speaking" (话术) that enables you to have a chance to be successful on selling anything in life.
The 4th page is about understanding the reason why people buy things from you. People likes to buy things willingly but not like to promote/force to buy something. (人们喜欢购买，不喜欢被推销)
The 5th page is using the comparison on saving in banks (fixed deposit), Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and financial investment/insurance plan. Money need to save first, not after have money only save. (钱是存才有，不是有才存)
The 6th page is about selling "Why" and think of the incident that happening around you.
The 7th page is about deeply understanding the role of how the plan can help more people.
It is kinda true that when you have setup a family, a father role is very important to support the family in most of the case although there is a lot "superwoman" (女强人) these day.
The 8th page sharing is more on highlight the important upgrade yourself (提升自己) and the power of leverage (借力).
It make me recall the lesson where
we must let others people feels good about us no matter what things we do in life. The 9th page shared when you become a successful person, don't forget people who gave us a chance to be successful. (当你成功的时候，不要忘记身边人给你的机会)
The 10th page is more on sharing the 6 six important of the investment plan and never forgot people who help you along the way no matter how great you are.
The 11th page is sharing the benefits of the saving plan when compared to save money in bank.
The last 12th page is more on focusing on
persistent in create value for people and don't forget the main reason why you start something at first.
At this moment of writing, I realized about the 4 major reason of why people reject what you sell is No Money, No Hurry, No Trust and No Need. I liked the Chinese sentences sharing "如果爱是一种责任，人寿保险是你的分期付款" which means if love is a duty, then life insurance is your installment plan. The following policy benefits guide is a good way to understand everything about the financial security.
So when thinking back the reason why I join this "i" thingy at first, the answer is very simple to understand everything about the insurance and investment plan so that I won't be get cheated by people in life.
On the other hand, I started to understand why "salesman" always have a higher chance to chase "leng luis" beautiful girls partly because they learned the way/secrets of speaking (记住话术) that can used for lifetime. Lesson of the day seems to be like "Leng lui" beautiful girls need to let "ugly" guy chase, because they are brave, didn't afraid of failure and don't care so much about image after rejection. Other than that, I still felt that good looking person have a higher chance to sell in this field but told myself not to be judgmental. Besides, I do felt
positive when someone tell me that I looks like a 18 year old or younger guy despite I already 26 year old this year. After the seminar ends, I just fetch people around. Somehow some friend shared their Uber earning for today but unfortunately I didn't do much today.

人心中要是傲慢，偏见，这个也是障碍。自己没钱，还看不起有钱人，骂人家是暴发户。这个就是大傲慢。自己没有文化，看不起读书人，也是大傲慢。遇不到好的人，就说天下没有好人，这个也是大傲慢。这个傲慢，是对命运最大的挫折。
我们念地藏经时，看到五戒十善，感觉自己一条都没有犯过，觉得自己是个善男子善女人了，但要明白，地藏经有深层的含义。好比说，要是犯了傲慢心，药师经讲到，这个傲慢，下辈子就是作牛马驼驴。你看，傲慢心，悭贪嫉妒心，下辈子就是做畜生了。所以，有些修地藏经的，我都会建议，去读一读药师经。地藏经讲的许多都是事相的，那药师经讲到，更多到了众生的习气。习气没有改的话，事相上没有犯，但一定堕落地狱。
好比说，如果吃素了，持戒也持得很好，(这就是事相上修持很好)，但总是看不起吃荤的，毁戒的人，这个就是傲慢习气。有这个傲慢，也会落入三恶道。
佛法讲的，要尊重一切众生，尤其是比我们，不管是世间的成就，比如当官的，有钱的，名气大的，还是出世间的成就，包括出家修道的。
我们都要赞叹他，恭敬他，千万不要去轻视他，看别人哪里有不对，就全盘否定他。不要动不动说夫妻是冤家，儿女是债主，也不要说金钱是毒蛇，人心是险恶。要相信，这个世界的美好一面，善良的一面。人要是能一心看到好处的话，就活在天堂之中，内心光明的气场就多。如果一心找茬的话，就活在地狱之中。
人的念头，尤其是知见，影响一个人的命运。
