After office hour end, I took the Asia Jaya LRT to Bangsar LRT to meet up with my sister as she have something for my mother. After that, I went to attend The Tipping Point event at The Co. venue at Bangsar Kuala Lumpur since it is near to the train station. It is the 3rd event as the theme is "Disrupt & Displace VS Innovate & Accommodate" but it was my first time to join. The speaker include Whei Wong from Speedrent, Warren Chan from ParkEasy, Dato' Chevy Beh from BookDoc and M. Kanashan/Arvind from NeonRunner. Frankly speaking, one of my reason to go there is to eat FREE food while listening to the inspiring speech. I walked to the there from Bangsar LRT and reached around 7.30pm.
Most of the food had finished and just left Gelato ice cream from Enparty doorstep delivery startup.
I quickly grab a cup of Musang King Gelato and ate it as my dinner. (Feel free to key in "reloadfood" promo code to get RM10 off discount when you checkout at www.enparty.com.
The crow was very huge as I heard there is around 150++ people around. The Co is actually a workplace and office business center that offer co-working offices around Bangsar/KL Sentral area.
Around 8pm the event started with Ms Sarah from Vulcanpost giving speech.
The event focus about sharing insights about their business and speakers sharing on how to scale your startup based on their personal sharing.
Apparently this experience seems to be can related with a lot of happening in my life as I can recall some past memories. For instance, I remember I saw Mr Wei sharing at an event organized by Exabyte last year as I the sentences "If it's a problem solvable by money, it's not a problem" still hold strong in my mind said by him. His startup is about rental in property using a mobile apps. It is similar to the Propwall or iBilik concept in someway that I wrote back in few years ago.

As for the ParkEasy apps founder's Mr Warren sharing, I remember that I told Mr Chong about this during the moment at my ex-company that it will grows last year. However, I think it can work if they use some sort of Uber apps similar concept.
During the moment when Mr Chevy sharing about his book doctor apps, I suddenly remember about MyDoc apps where you can find specialist doctors and clinics in Malaysia. His startup is a bit similar and Bookdoc apps started at July 2015 while MyDoc apps started at April 2015. As for M. Kanashan/Arvind sharing from NeonRunner, I just recall "‪ZERO - Your Online Groceries" website as their delivery staff is similar to Neon Runner.
Overall it is quite a great experience to listen to their startup sharing and I guess this is very suitable to people who work as an entrepreneur mindset. Apparently I need to make a move early since it took quite sometime for me to back Klang from KL area. Somehow I just saw "someone" from Rocket Internet before going back home and recall some memories. Seriously there is no use to think about the past because time will no travel back no matter how much I wish to rant about "How great if they hire me as I don't need go through the January Incident 2014" that changes my life in someway.
