On 12th December last year, I had received an invitation to visit Reo Suite show unit in USJ Sky Park One City.Upon arrival, I walked around the ground floor of MCT tower, took some picture and was greeted by Mr. Teoh, senior general manager, and Keith Ng, senior marketing executive.
Then we went up to the REO Suite Show Gallery and I was welcomed with a lot of greeneries as I stepped inside.
I like the surrounding and interior design of the office because it left me some sort of "Google Office" feelings where you can play and relax in someway.
Apparently I do like the scenery when you look outside from the building.
After that, Mr Teoh start to share about the future trend on working environment, while we get to enjoy the refreshment that was served.
II do felt a bit "butthurt" when I saw the Chinese sentence saying that "四处是美女没一个是我老婆". It means that "Despite there are so many beautiful girl around, but not even one is my wife.
This is a Youth's dilemma in my current generation Y moment, which reflects there are so many beautiful houses out there, but none of it that I can afford.
Overall, I liked this sharing session. Mr. Teoh has educated me on how we can leverage on the rise of mobile platform and digital world to make money and the trend that these businesses does not requires a big space to start off.
Comparing with traditional way of collecting monthly rental from a tenant, it is more profitable to convert your property into Airbnb at the accounts of spending just a bit more effort to manage.
After the sharing session, I was very much convinced to buy the property as the price tag is very affordable and it has great potential due to its location and great accessibility, not forgetting the LRT station as well.
