Today is another new day of life. I awake late and resulted a heavy traffic jam while driving on the way to office after pick up my friend as carpool driver in someway. Upon arrival office, I just have a cup of milo as my breakfast before start my job. Somehow I just face some issue and can sense the voice of the manager seems to be quite frustrated in someway. Guess this is the lifestyle of an employee and I don't wish to express so much about it. During the afternoon, I just have my lunch with my colleagues at Piccadilly restaurant. Somehow I start to find carbonara spaghetti is quite nice to eat as I don't really eat spaghetti last time.
After office hour end, I stay for a while and make a move to pick up my friend back home. The traffic is very jam during that moment as school re-open again. After finish fetch her back, I just have a lot of thought that running on my mind again while driving back home.

After having dinner prepared by mother, I have a short meditation in someway. Apparently I suddenly recall a lot memories in someway that happened today. I guess it all started with a friend sharing that she is looking for VP Operations (Logistics 3PL) that offering RM30,000~RM40,000 salary per month base in Shah Alam. Seriously I still wondered whether it is so easy to earn money these day or what? I heard that the more salary you get, the more stress you are if earning a higher salary. However, it seems that the case is a little different in what I see especially in Malaysia. Those higher management usually in charge of ordering people to do their job. It is like the saying "Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs" and the "blaming" will usually passed to the smallest "ant" in an organization illustrated in the following picture.
Hence, a lot people start to work for themselves or becoming their own boss.

It is no doubt that we must accept the fact that life is never fair, never is and never will be. We need to fight for our own and I have no method to share. What I can share is just based on my personal life experience. So are you ready to entering the startup ecosystem in Malaysia or just be a "talkerpreneur" without having a real execution like me?
Sometime I just having some struggling within myself whether to start something or to work for people. In the end, I choose to work for people partly because I am not ready yet. As if you're working for people, you must do your best too. Apparently I just stumble upon a profile on Linkedin. I wonder how great if I have his working experience from HSBC bank for 3 year, change to Alliance Bank for another 3 year, then change to Hong Leong Bank (Branch Manager) for another 3 year, then CIMB Bank (Branch Manager) for another 3 year and finally starting e-commerce.

Joining in the banking field is one of my dream in my life. I guess is because I heard the salary/bonus is lucrative and it is the reason why I "die die also want join banking industry" but failed. Imagine you can get 2~8 month bonus working in the bank field. Most of the people that I know where they're able to buy property or car is partly because of using their bonus to pay for it. Unfortunately up to this date I still haven have the opportunity to earn a full salary (one month) bonus working for people as a 26 year old guy. Hence, I still remain "poor" in someway. Later on, I just saw the news about Jazz Tan manage to get funding of a total RM1,000,000+ ($250,000 USD) for her startup.
Frankly speaking, I have a little "jelly" because we're same age born from 1990 but the achievement is two different world. I remember the first time I helped her to blog about her YouthsToday company is back in 2013 where I was still in UK before "January Incident 2014" happened.

The 2nd time I saw her is at The Canvas Malaysia where she shared her life story.
Honestly, I still finding some answer in life up to this date regarding some past events. Thinking back now, I just felt myself "funny" doing the request just for "exposure" in someway if you read the email as follows.
It has been 2 years we didn't contact since the last collaboration although I had pmed her on Facebook regarding some help but get no reply.
Well, I just conclude that actually Exposure Cannot Change For Money according to Oatmeal comic below.
Hence, I started to understand why some people rather charge money when providing their service instead of doing it just for exposure.

So where is your Millionaire Dollar Funding now Reload Food? The truth is there is no so call X Series round funding for me to blog. Looking back myself today, this blog just make my looking more stupid and wasting time to continue writing although I thought I had created some value for people. Even thought I had created some value like exposing some SCAM case, no people really thanks me. Hence, this is why sometime people become mean and not willing to help others in our Malaysian society that we can see today. On the other hand, I would like to share the storyline journey to get funded by rich people or investor as a startup illustrated on below.
So how to determine successful startup? Getting more funding is equivalent to be more successful and story just end there. Please note that this is just purely based on my observation and please don't get offended especially there is no right or wrong in life.

Apparently I do felt that the final objective of every startup is to MAKE MONEY in the end. They're not really a "Charity" organization and I felt we can't use those western culture like "creating value" first before start earn money. You must understand that we're living in Malaysia and everything can be changed easily. No people would really listen to a poor people or powerless people in here. Maybe there is but the chances is low. How would you help others people if you can't even feed yourself first? Besides, I just wondered what do you feels if a girl gets a "lengluis" (beautiful girl) as their girlfriends. (Meaning lesbian) Anyways, the picture illustrated above can be used in any sales field you work. Remember the post that I update which is "Next month monthly income = RM9800?" It is actually can be done if you're in sales field just like the insurance thingy. You just need to find people who are filthy rich to buy your RM500,000 investment plan and you will become a bit rich.

Isn't it irony that poor people thinking way to become rich while knowing the fact all of us will die one day. Some rich people is good enough to think of ways to helps people just like the Sugar King's daughter news where she startup an e-commerce to sell second hand clothes. So what do I achieved 3 years ago when I asked myself? You might have RM1mil by now if you spent your time correctly doing correct stuff and it seems that I keep on continue dreaming. Reload Food, you shout and cry alone or doing whatever you want to do, but please move on! Honestly, I really hope that I can become a robot like the Chappie movie to store all my memory and being an immortal in someway as our life is too short. In fact, there is a real robot news today if you read on CNBC about Sophia robot. I believe the iGirl robot is possible one day and it is just a matter of time.
At last, I would like to share a Chinese article about doing sales sharing from Mr Lim as below.

Stay positive!
=)
